The online bently stuff is great but stay away from the offline data collector stuff. It was rushed into production before the bugs were worked out.
Does anyone no of anyone else using this snap shot data collector? We have two and hate them both. It was like stepping backwards in time. The biggest thing is we dont seem to get any suport.
We are looking at getting a couple Comtests data collectors.

We use the Snapshot data collector. I would describe it as not user friendly, has a lot of bugs and is not very reliable... We still have to work with it so we try to make the best of it.
